Trampoline Holes Utah – Terms and Conditions

By hiring Trampoline Holes Utah and submitting a deposit, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Agreement to Services
   Upon payment of a deposit, the client and Trampoline Holes Utah enter into a mutual agreement for the excavation and installation services as outlined in the provided proposal.

2. Deposit and Payment

   • A deposit is required to schedule and secure the job. This deposit confirms the client’s commitment to proceed with the service.

   • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job, as specified in the proposal.

3. Scope of Work

   • The scope of work will be detailed in the proposal provided to the client. Any modifications to the original scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

   • If the client cancels the project after the excavation has begun, the client remains responsible for costs incurred up to that point.

5. Completion and Liability

   • Trampoline Holes Utah will complete the job in a professional manner within a reasonable timeframe, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.

   • Once the job is completed, the client is responsible for payment in full.

   • The client acknowledges that trampoline installations involve excavation and landscaping modifications. Trampoline Holes Utah is not responsible for unforeseen underground obstructions, utility damage (if utilities are not properly marked).

6. Indemnification

   • The client agrees to hold Trampoline Holes Utah harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the installed trampoline or any post-installation modifications made by the client.

By proceeding with a deposit and hiring Trampoline Holes Utah, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
